Advice on migration to universal credit

We know how important it is to get the right guidance and support to claim what you are entitled to. Whether you are young, older, retired, unemployed, employed, sick or disabled, going through bereavement, a carer or parent with children – we can consider your particular circumstances and give you the best advice.

You may be seeking benefit and credits advice following redundancy or an illness that's left you unable to work. You may have a disability and feel unsure whether you're getting what you're entitled to. Or you may be currently claiming benefits and considering a return to work. Whatever your situation, you can trust that we will assess what is available and, if required, undertake a better off calculation to determine your best options in order to maximise your income.

We can offer our services by, face-to-face drop-in at your local DUWC centre, advise you over the phone and via email advice at info@duwc.org.uk
